Assigning a license to your members for their Business Clicker App is straightforward. If you find yourself short on licenses, please inform us or place your order here: https://www.bringinglocalback.com/order .

Step One:

Access your marketplace system and search for the business you wish to assign a license to. Should you require access to your Docu.Team/Pippily system, please submit a ticket to request access. We're here to assist you!

Step Two:

Look up the member business you would like to assign a license to by simply changing the "N" to a "Y" in the column called BLB APP (or BC APP Once We Change It).

Step Three:

A notification like this will be automatically sent to your member once you assign them a Business Clicker license. This notification service is expected to go live on December 22, 2025.

Updates to Your Community Websites are Quickly Reflected in Search Engines.

IndexNow
The latest Chamber Nation sites (most of you have upgraded) automatically support and use IndexNow, a protocol that ensures your website’s most recent content is immediately crawled and indexed by supporting search engines instead of passively waiting for web crawlers to find it. Currently, Bing and Yandex support this new protocol. Without IndexNow, it can take anywhere from several hours to several weeks for search engines to index new or updated content. While waiting for search engines to index your content, it will not be discoverable via search. This delay can cause you to miss out on opportunities to engage with your online audience.
How IndexNow Works with Chamber Nation Sites You don’t need to do anything to begin leveraging the benefits of IndexNow, your site will do it for you automatically. This saves you time and makes it accessible for those who do not have the technical skills to interact with IndexNow’s API.
We support the IndexNow API for you by:

Discovering which pages have updated content and submitting only those to the IndexNow API.
Fulfilling IndexNow security measures by generating a unique token per website and submitting that to search engines. This ensures that no one can spoof updated content for your site.
Automatically submitting updated content on your site.

If you don’t want your context indexed by search engines, you can turn off indexing in the page settings of each page from your website editor.

Eventbrite Spam Issue Brought to Our Attention

We encountered a customer getting hundreds of FREE spam registrations

Unfortunately one of our customers reported that they had a FREE event with registration activated and had over 300 fake registrations. Obviously this is a problem for our customer and us.
We contacted Eventbrite about this issue and learned the following information as well as a solution so you don't experience this in the future.
Response:
Hi Charisse,
I flagged this with our trust and safety team, they can bulk delete the orders for you.
I was informed that spammers often target political and religious type events and sometimes (for some odd reason) alternative medicine and chiropractic events. I have no real context to why but we have seen that before. We have also put a free registration spam protection in place for this event so when we do bulk delete people you shouldn't see the same problem.

SOLUTION IS: When you set up an event you have the option to add a question (of any kind) that a person must answer in order to complete their registration. If you add one question it stops these robotic spam registrations.

We are excited to announce that the first part of our two-part release is now ready.
Our team at Pippily will be reaching out to you shortly to set up the integration with your Constant Contact account, ensuring that Pippily can automatically maintain the accuracy of your member or business list. In your Constant Contact account, three lists will be automatically established without any risk of overwriting existing data. Those lists are Active Subscriber Businesses, Active Additional Contacts, and Lost Businesses and Contacts.

Here is how you can easily send your member businesses there credentials to get into Pippily

0:00 I'm gonna show you now how to uh send credentials to your members so they can get in. Currently if they go to your marketplace page in the top right corner they can uh use the lost password function after they click the login button. 0:16 But this way you can actually go in and send it to them. So what you do is you go to your business list. 0:23 You go ahead and click on the little asterisk on the top right side of their listing. And then you go over here and you can send credentials. 0:33 Now if you have a member that's been letting you know that they are, they've been doing it. They've been using the last password, but they're not able to get in. 0:41 They never received the email. Chances are the user account email is not matching. Maybe it's a previous employee. So what you do is you edit this and you go ahead and change their email address. 0:55 You save it. Then you go back here and you click the little asterisk and you will see the new email address here. 1:02 If you don't see it, make sure you refresh.

How to cancel a membership in your Pippily system

0:00 Alright, we've added a simpler way to cancel memberships in PIPLI. So if you go to your business list and you go over and you click on the little asterisk over here on the right hand side. 0:15 you can go ahead and cancel a membership. It won't delete them, but it will cancel them. It will put them in the lost subscribers area and it will turn off their stripe renewal invoices. 0:29 So that's all you have to do is click on cancel membership. Thank you.
